Where we ship

The Last Lantern ships physical products from Conway, Arkansas, to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing time

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping charges and delivery

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Carrier transit time is additional to our processing time. Any delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order questions or delivery problems

For shipping questions, delayed deliveries, or damaged or incorrect items, use our Contact page and include your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or incorrect items, please keep photos of the item and packaging; we will follow up to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. If your download is missing or inaccessible, contact us through our Contact page.
