Candle & Wax Melt Care
Always follow the safety label supplied with your candle or wax melt and the instructions for your warmer.
Candles
- Before lighting, trim the wick as directed on the label; standard cotton wicks are generally trimmed to 1/4 inch.
- Use a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and anything that can catch fire.
- Keep burning candles in sight and away from children and pets.
- Extinguish before leaving the room or going to sleep. Never use water to put out a candle.
- Allow the wax and container to cool fully before touching or moving them.
- Follow the label's burn-time and remaining-wax limits.
Wax melts
Use only with a suitable wax warmer, following its manufacturer's instructions for wax quantity, operating time, placement, and cleaning. Keep hot wax away from children and pets. Let the warmer and wax cool before handling.
